Dancehall entertainer Wasp is enjoying his 38th birthday with great gusto this year as he is even more appreciative of certain milestones knowing that he was almost killed in a gun attack a few weeks ago.
"This birthday is sweeter knowing what happened a few weeks ago, the sound ah play, food a chef up, Cassia Park loud right now," Wasp said.
Dancehall artiste Wasp has been recuperating after he was shot in the hand by an unknown assailant in Cassia Park in the Corporate Area In November.
"My hand is almost fully recovered, I have full movement in my hand, the part where the bullet entered is not fully healed but the part where the bullet exited is fully healed. In about four days time, I can take off the bandage and walk normally again," he said.
Wasp, whose real name is Marvin Clarke, is known for singles such as 'No Lock Off the Sound', 'Cry Fi Dem' and 'Vybz Kartel' featuring Vybz Kartel.
