Issa Rae is a married woman.
The creator of HBO series Insecure tied the knot over the weekend with her beau Louis Diame.
According to Essence Magazine, the couple tied the knot at a lush ultra-private ceremony in the South of France.
Rae wore a white Vera Wang dress.
The actress, who has been notoriously secretive about her relationship, shared the news on Instagram jokingly writing: ") Impromptu photoshoot in a custom @verawang dress. B) My girls came to help me, but they all coincidentally had on the same dress! They were sooooo embarrassed. C) Then I took a few flicks with Somebody’s Husband."
Rumours of Rae's engagement first began to swirl after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on the cover of Essence Magazine's April 2019 issue.
